We’re subletting a quiet, 2-story apartment close to bus stops and the shops of 53rd street between now and January 5th. Furniture, laundry, dishwasher, utilities, fireplace – it has everything you need.

-Close to bus stops (buses 2, 15, 172) and a 10-minute walk to a metra station

-On the 5th floor and shares no walls with neighbors – very quiet
-Cats and service animals allowed but we would need to discuss it with the landlord

We have 3 rooms available with different sizes:

2 medium rooms ($900 / month each)
One is available from now to January 4th
Another is available from now to September 26th

Smallest room ($800 / month)
Available from now to September 26th

On other words, we have 3 rooms available in Spring quarter, and one in Summer and Autumn quarters.
